Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

There is no minimum order for embroidery. We will customize any job no matter how big or small. There may be extra charges for designs depending on complexity.

Is there a minimum order for heat transfers?

The minimum order for heat transfers is 12 pieces for custom designs. If you are choose a stock design then there is no minimum.

Do I have to buy a product from Hsin Ruey Embroidery to have it embroidered on?

You can come in with your own apparel and Hsin Ruey Embroidery will be more than happy to provide it with a quality stock or custom design or logo.

Can we use our logo?

YES! We can digitize your logo for a one time art preparation charge.

How much is the art preparation charge?

The amount of the art preparation charge depends on the complexity of the design.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of taking an image on the computer and changing it into an embroidery format that the embroidery machine can read. It is a process that needs to be done carfully so that the stitches are laid in the proper directions for optimal results.

What is your turn around time?

We strive to have your order to you with in two weeks. This is barring any difficulty getting your product from the warehouse. We do have a limited stock supply of some items so this may make the turn around time shorter.

What does embroidery cost?

Costs are based on design size, location, and stitch count. The number of garments ordered will be reflected in the overall price as well. If you would like a more accurate price for your design, please fill out the inquiry form which can be found at the top of the page in the catalog.

Do you ship Internationally?

If you absolutely need an item shipped overseas, we recommend shipping the item yourself. Then you can take care of the overseas shipping and insurance.

How do I order an item?

To order an item, please go to the catalog and choose the item that you would like to purchase and add it to the inquiry. You need to fill out the inquiry form and hit send. We will then respond to you via email or phone with a quote. You will be invoiced and be able to pay via pay pal, credit card, check or money order.
